My ALCS Prediction: Tigers vs. Red Sox

The Tigers face a tough challenge against the Boston Red Sox. It's a 2-3-2 format with the middle three in Detroit. The Tigers face a tough challenge as the Bloody Sox had the best record in the American League. Also, the Sox could go up 2-0 with the first two games at Fenway.

Cabrera a little banged up though and has been dealing with an and groin in injuries since August. Jhonny PEDalta has returned from his PED suspension for the playoffs to his prior form. PEDalta has been bumped to left field due to Jose Iglesias showing filthy glove work at shortstop. Martinez' and Avila's bats have reemerged, and they'll need the offense against Boston.
Boston's rotation consists of Buchholz, Lester, Lackey and Peavy. Think you can top that? Scherzer has wrapped up the Cy Young and although Verlander's had his struggles, he has returned to being Must See JV. Add Sanchez and Fister, and the Tigers should be able to limit Boston's offense enough.

I say Tigers in 6.
MVP: Victor Martinez
